Jenni has been working in the museum sector for over ten years, in the areas of museum education, event organisation, audience research and evaluation, and social media. Her areas of expertise include survey and questionnaire design. She is passionate about connecting people with their cultural heritage and about improving the visitor experience. As an experienced conference speaker and workshop leader, Jenni also enjoys passing on her skills and expertise to others in the sector, and she is available to run workshops or talk about her audience research and social media projects. She founded the independent initiative Museum140 as a platform for creative social media projects involving museums. Jenni is currently working for the Staatliche Museen zu Berlin (National Museums in Berlin).
